This nurse did her best to put me at ease. She had to work in a rather cramped space but remained both courteous and professional throughout the visit. The advice she offered was very helpful and I found her review reassuring after what has been an extremely difficult period over the past 12 months. In particular I was pleased to be told that I could call NAMS and request a home visit any time should the need arise ( this had been a matter of concern since I do not feel able to travel to the clinic ). I was entirely satisfied with the service I received. Thank you to the nurse and all concerned
